		<description>As I commented on Facebook, call and ask them to put a &quot;Purchase Blocker&quot; on your lines.  I just had to deal with getting AT&amp;T to reverse charges for &quot;Cooking Tips&quot; from Cylon LLC, that I was subscribed to without my consent.  Purchase Blocker will disallow them all, but you can&#039;t sign up for it online; you have to call.  

The thing is, I never requested these tips, never responded to any text from them, and they weren&#039;t from AT&amp;T; some 3rd party company just started sending them &amp; charging me!  Not cool, AT&amp;T!</description>

		<description>True, they should test it.  But you have to wonder: do they make more money scamming people than they do paying someone minimum wage (likely in another country) to answer the phone?  If they make more money, a profit is a profit and they have no reason to stop.</description>

boy, how can people (att employees) be so stupid to not test something as prevelant as this.  Think of the time they&#039;re wasting answering support calls on this!</description>
