I just had to deal with getting AT&T to reverse charges for "Cooking Tips" from Cylon LLC, that I was subscribed to without my consent. Purchase Blocker will disallow them all, but you can't sign up for it online; you have to call. The thing is, I never requested these tips, never responded to any text from them, and they weren't from AT&T; some 3rd party company just started sending them & charging me! Not cool, AT&T! But you have to wonder: do they make more money scamming people than they do paying someone minimum wage (likely in another country) to answer the phone?
